I booked a king room through super.com, and when I checked in, that’s exactly what they gave me. No mix-ups, no awkward surprises, just a smooth check-in and the room I expected. that’s all I really wanted, so I’d say it was a solid experience.

I was expecting some kind of extra fee to pop up, because that seems to happen all the time and it’s so annoying when it does. But the fees were actually clear from the start, and nothing weird showed up later. No random charges, no hidden stuff, no last-minute nonsense. I kept checking because I really hate surprise fees, but everything stayed exactly as expected

I booked a hotel through super.com and the main thing I cared about was the amenities. The listing mentioned free parking, breakfast, a pool, and a mini fridge, and yep, all of that was actually there.
I’ve used other travel sites where something sounded included and then it just wasn’t, so this was a nice surprise. The room photos were also close to what we got, which I always appreciate because… you know, sometimes that can go a different way.
Check-in was totally normal, no random issues or weird extra charges. I’m giving it 5 stars because the info was accurate, and when you’re planning around stuff like parking and breakfast, that kind of just makes the whole trip easier.

I had to cancel a booking. Kind of annoying at first, honestly. The refund didn’t show up right away, so I reached out to support. They did answer, and after a few days the money came through. Not totally smooth, but fair enough in the end.

"Decent stay, but communication could’ve been clearer"
I booked this through Super, and the location ended up being good for what we needed. It was close enough to the places we wanted to check out, easy enough to get around, and the area felt fine with food and shops nearby. The only annoying part was the communication wasn’t very clear, so I felt like I had to figure a few things out myself, which was frustrating. It was also a little noisy at night, but nothing that ruined the stay. For the price and location, I was still happy overall.

I tried using the cash advance on Super because I thought it would show up fast. The app made the whole thing seem easy enough, but then I ended up waiting longer than I expected. Not sure if it was on their end or something with my bank, but it was kind of frustrating since I needed it sooner. It did eventually come through, just not in the timeframe I was hoping for.

"Absolutely tons of hotel options"
I was 100% not expecting this many hotel choices, especially since I was looking last minute in a smaller city. Like, there were way more options than I was sure I’d find anywhere else. The filters were easy to use, and I actually found a place that didn’t even show up on a couple other sites I checked. Prices looked solid too, no doubt about it. Booking was quick and painless, which is exactly how it should be.

I asked for a room change and, to be fair, they did sort it out. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but I guess it got handled in the end.

I didn’t expect activating my card to take so long. It felt like I kept going in circles just to do something that should’ve been quick, and that part was weird. Definitely more of a headache than I was hoping for

I booked through super.com the room just wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was dust around, the bathroom had hair in it, and the sheets didn’t really feel fresh. Like I said, it wasn’t the worst stay ever, but like I said, it was still disappointing.

Everything went smoothly with my booking. I got the reservation details from the third party faster than I expected, and when I called the hotel, they already had it in their system. No problems at all, and the price was actually really good too, which was a nice little win

My experience with Super.com was okay overall, but the membership side of things felt more confusing than it needed to be. I had to poke around for a while just to find where to manage billing or cancel, and it wasn’t always clear what I was supposed to do next. Support did get back to me eventually, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Not a horrible experience, just wish the steps were laid out more clearly...

I booked through super.com, the hotel looked way better in the description than it did in real life. The room was small, the bathroom felt old, and there definitely wasn’t the nice view they made it sound like we’d get. The price was okay, I guess, but yeah, I just felt kind of misled...
